Campaign Links can be an easy way to keep members engaged by linking them directly to their membership page from your marketing emails.

What are Campaign Links 

A Campaign Link is a specific link that you can insert into your Mail Chimp or Klaviyo email campaign. These links take your members straight to their My Membership page, bypassing the login screen. This makes it easier for members to make wine club choices or to update billing/shipping information quickly. 

Each Campaign link is secure by using both the Shopify Customer ID and a secure Customer Token, meaning that links cannot be reused or shared by members. The link will only open the My Membership page of the member who is linked to the Shopify Customer. Here is an example of how the campaign links are structured for Kalviyo. Other examples are below.


How to use Campaign Links 

Find your preferred email marking tool below. Copy this link and only replace the "WWW.YOURWEBSITE.COM" part with your website URL. You can then use this link for campaign buttons or links in your emails. 

NOTE: Make sure your profiles/contacts in your email marketing tool have the latest tags and properties by first selecting all of your customers in Shopify and adding the tag "Updated". When your customers are tagged, they will be re-synced to your email marketing tool.

Update password links

If we have turned on the Update Password form on your website, then you can use the links below that will allow your members to go straight to a password page, or they will be redirected to the login if they already have a password.
