The Customer Information Manager (CIM) service allows the Bloom app to store your members’ sensitive payment information on secure servers for use in future transactions. CIM can also help you comply with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards.

CIM supports multiple payment profiles for each member you create. For example, if you have a member who pays sometimes with a Visa and sometimes with a MasterCard, you can create one customer profile that includes two payment profiles.

To view the CIM, log into Authorize.net and click Tools. Then click Customer Information Manager on the left. 

 

 

View a Member's Order History

You can find a member's order history from the Customer Information Manager:

  1. Select a member profile from the main CIM screen

  2. To see the entire transaction history for all payment profiles, click the View History button on the Customer Profile Information bar

  3. To see the transaction history for only one of the payment profiles, click the History link next to the payment profile you wish to examine

  4. Click the transaction ID to see the complete details of a specific transaction.
